How long will it take to receive my products after successful payment at Crzshop?

First of all, thank you for your trust in Crzshop, if you pay successfully, you will receive the product after 7~30 days, Crzshop always insist on handmade, we believe in a short wait for the unique, thank you for your understanding!

I paid for several orders separately, can I have them delivered in one place?

Yes, if there is a short interval between several orders, we will inform you by email before we have sent out the first order and put the products in a package for cross-border shipping. Of course we will respect your opinion if you don’t want to.

How do I pay for it?

What is a member ID? Where can I get my member ID?

The Member ID is equivalent to your unique identity in Crzshop. The Member ID allows us to quickly identify the information and we can immediately warehoused the package and notify you upon delivery. Once you have made a successful payment you will become a Crzshop member and we will provide you with a unique identification number. You can view it in “My Account”.

Can you help me return the goods?

Crzshop can return an item for you. Please contact customer service before applying for a return, and Crzshop will refund you after the after-sales service agent confirms the returned product. (ps: If there is no quality problem with the product, you will need to bear the cost of returning it to the cross-border courier.)

Will my package be inspected and taxed by customs?

Crzshop will do the most reasonable tax treatment for your package, but will not clear the goods. If your parcel is taxed, you will have to pay the tax yourself, but the probability of this happening is very small.

How to avoid paying taxes? You can refer to the following two suggestions:

1. The weight of parcels is an important basis for the judgment of civil and commercial parcels by the customs of various countries. More than 10kg is considered as a commercial package, so please consider the weight of the package when you submit the waybill. If you choose DHL, you also need to consider the volume of the item (DHL confirms the fee in terms of both volume and weight of the item).

2, the same commodity quantity is too much, is also judged as one of the basis for commercial parcel. Please try to avoid using the same package to send a large number of the same goods.

What is bulk weight? How to calculate the volume weight?

Volumetric weight is a method of calculating the weight of light foam cargo in the transportation industry. Volume weight is the cargo volume, using the conversion formula, can obtain the cargo weight.

Volume weight calculation formula = length cm× width cm× height cm/5000

Postal lines generally do not count the volume weight, if the goods are very large logistics may also calculate the volume weight according to the actual situation.
