💳 Accepted Payment Methods

We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers – they are tokenized and securely processed through our trusted payment partners (Stripe, Braintree, and PayPal).
Digital Wallets: Apple Pay and Google Pay are available for eligible devices, providing a fast and secure checkout experience.
PayPal: You may choose to pay via your PayPal account. You will be redirected to PayPal’s secure site to complete your payment.
Bank Wire Transfer (Wholesale/Bulk Orders): For large volume orders or wholesale accounts, we accept bank wire transfers. Orders paid by wire transfer will be processed after funds are received in our account.
📄 Billing and Invoicing
Order Confirmation: After successfully placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email summarizing your purchase. This is not an invoice but a confirmation that we have received your order.
Invoices: A final itemized invoice will be sent to your email address within 30 minutes after your order ships. The invoice includes:
- Order number and date
- Itemized list of products purchased
- Unit prices and quantities
- Subtotal, shipping charges, and applicable taxes
- Total amount paid
- Payment method used (last 4 digits of card or PayPal email)
- Billing and shipping addresses

💰 Currency and Taxes

🔄 Payment Issues and Disputes
Declined Transactions: If your payment is declined, please:

Filing a chargeback without prior contact may result in account suspension. If a chargeback is filed and we determine the transaction was valid, we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback and pursue collection of the amount owed.
Refunds: Refunds are processed according to our Return Policy. Once a refund is approved, it will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your financial institution’s processing times.
