Laiwu Tiantiancai Trading Co., Ltd. is committed to delivering your home organization and storage products in a timely and efficient manner. This Shipping Policy explains our shipping procedures, timeframes, and important information regarding delivery. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location, order size, and selected shipping method.

Order processing time: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding major US and Chinese holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will begin processing the next business day. During peak seasons (such as holidays or promotional events), processing may take an additional 1–2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Delivery times begin after your order has been processed and shipped. Estimates are based on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Note: International delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by customs clearance procedures, local carrier delays, and destination country regulations.

Shipping carriers: We partner with multiple reliable carriers to ensure your order arrives safely:

  • Domestic US: USPS, UPS, FedEx
  • International: DHL, FedEx International, EMS, and local postal partners
  • China direct shipping: China Post, YunExpress, and other regional carriers
🌎 International shipping & customs: For orders shipped outside the United States, the recipient is responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, import fees, or brokerage charges. These fees are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in our shipping charges. Customs policies vary widely; please check with your local customs office for more information. We are required to declare the full value of your order on customs forms and cannot mark items as “gifts” or lower the declared value.

Tracking your order: Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier’s system. You can track your order directly on our website by logging into your account or visiting the tracking page. If you have questions about tracking, email us at shipping@{{ current_domain }} with your order number.

Shipping addresses: Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your order. We are unable to redirect packages once they have been dispatched. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Delivery issues:

  • Missing packages: If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your order, please check with neighbors, household members, or your local post office. If the package remains missing, contact us within 7 days and we will help you file a claim with the carrier.
  • Delayed shipments: Severe weather, carrier disruptions, or customs delays may affect delivery times. We monitor these events and will notify you if significant delays are expected. If your order hasn’t arrived within the maximum estimated timeframe, please contact us so we can investigate.
  • Damaged in transit: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage and packaging. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund.

Shipping to multiple addresses: Currently, we can only ship to a single address per order. If you need items shipped to multiple locations, please place separate orders for each address.

Shipping restrictions: Some of our larger items (such as heavy shelving units or bulk orders) may have shipping restrictions to certain remote areas (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO, and international locations). If your order cannot be shipped to your location, we will contact you to arrange cancellation or alternative shipping.

Order changes & cancellations: If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at shipping@{{ current_domain }}. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but once an order has been processed or shipped, we cannot make changes. In that case, please follow our return policy once you receive the item.

Shipping policy updates: We may update this Shipping Policy periodically to reflect changes in our practices, carrier partners, or regulations. The most current version will always be posted on this page with the “Last updated” date.
