Laiwu Tiantiancai Trading Co., Ltd. wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of home organization and storage products. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. This Return Policy outlines your rights and the process for returning items purchased from our website.
Return window: Most unused items in their original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags and accessories intact. The following items are non-returnable:
- Customized or personalized products
- Gift cards
- Clearance or final sale items (clearly marked at checkout)
- Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear
How to initiate a return:
- Contact us: Email returns@{{ current_domain }} with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return. You can also call us at (814) 637-5868 during business hours.
- Receive RMA: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific return shipping instructions. Returns without an RMA number may be refused.
- Pack securely: Pack the item securely in its original packaging if possible, include the RMA number inside the package, and ship to the appropriate returns address (US or China) provided in your RMA confirmation.
- Ship with tracking: We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your receipt, as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Refund process: Once we receive and inspect your returned item (typically within 3–5 business days), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
- The refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- If you paid by bank transfer or other manual method, we may need additional information to process your refund.
Exchanges: If you need a different size, color, or item, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order. This ensures the fastest processing. For defective items that need replacement, please contact us at support@{{ current_domain }} to arrange an exchange.
Defective or damaged items: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the damage. We will work with you to provide a replacement, repair, or full refund, including return shipping costs.
Warranty information: Our home organization products come with a limited warranty against manufacturing defects:
- Storage bins and containers: 1-year limited warranty
- Shelving and heavy-duty items: 90-day limited warranty
- Small accessories and gadgets: 30-day limited warranty
Warranty claims must be accompanied by proof of purchase and photos of the defect. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by improper assembly or use.
Return abuse: We monitor return patterns and reserve the right to refuse returns or restrict accounts that show excessive or suspicious return activity. This policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
